You get a 14-day grace period. We'll send reminders, and Stripe will retry the charge automatically. Your service continues uninterrupted during the grace period.
All service data — your domains, aliases, email logs, DNS records, and account settings — is stored in Iceland, outside the Five Eyes surveillance alliances, GDPR-compliant via EEA membership, and protected by some of the strongest privacy laws on Earth.
